Welcome to Mrs. Baldwin’s Second Grade Class. I have had the pleasure of working at Grace Jordan since 2008 and have been an educator in the Boise School District since 1994. My education includes: B.S. in Elementary Education from Boise State with an endorsement in Special Education and a M.Ed. Teaching with Technology from Lesley University. I have taught Special Education K-6 at Jefferson Elementary and Koelsch, Fourth Grade, Third Grade, and a Third/Fourth Combo Class at Cole Elementary, back to Koelsch Fourth Grade, and Fourth Grade at Grace Jordan. I have had such a wonderful experience with the families of Grace Jordan and am looking forward to even more memories to be made here.

Our classroom is full of active learning and positive energy. I provide my students with a variety of learning experiences to help best meet his/her learning styles. Our room may look like organized chaos, but each activity has a purpose and a learning objective. Each student is encouraged to take responsibility for his/her own learning and to strive to do their very best. I strongly believe that every child can learn and it is my job to help each one reach his/her true potential. This is one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs on earth. Each day is a new adventure and learning experience.
